CASAzola

Until the early 2000s, Casa Zola was a classic old-style Italian home, first-floor barn, second-floor living until it was then renovated as a result of a love story between individuals from neighboring villages. Casa Zola was built into a three-story, three bedrooms, one and a half bathroom home with a gorgeous swimming pool and the amazing views. Although the house is no longer in its completely original state per se, the original tiles, artwork and stunning view continue to reflect the classic Italian village charm. Now, a perfect holiday home to escape reality and embrace the fresh air, warm breeze, and authentic Italian living!

aboutVICo

Neighbouring Casoli, Limano, Lucchio, Popiglio, and many other stunning hillside villages, Vico Pancellorum is the last village positioned along the right side of Lima River, resting 555m above sea level. Situated on the base of Balzo Nero, Vico is known for its Pieve Romanica di San Paolo square, bell towers, and the medieval façade painted by original materials, artwork, and fixtures that highlight the elegance of the village. Locals within the village work to restore the culture after many renovations and initiatives towards a better way of living. Now, there is a restaurant with mouth-watering Italian cuisine prepared by locals of the village most days of the week. Not only that, there continue to be church services every XXXXXX and XXXXXX from XX-XXam to keep the old essence of Vico’s original state.

After traveling to Italy countless times, we all fell in love with the culture, character, food and Italian lifestyle. John had been looking into real estate in Tuscany, and one day he came across Casa Zola. Firstly, he began recommending the property to friends however, this initiative quickly turned into their family buying the house instead.

Now our goal is to continue to value Casa Zola's charm while also contributing our culture within the community respectively.
